# Trading Journal Template — EquityBulls

Copy this into a notebook, your Notes app, or a spreadsheet. Fill it in
immediately after you exit a trade, not the next day — memory of *why* you
took a trade gets rewritten within hours to match the outcome.

**The field most journals miss — what were you feeling right before you
entered, and right before you exited?**
_(Bored, anxious about missing out, angry from a previous loss, confident
after a win, calm and simply following the plan — name it honestly. This
single field is usually the one that explains repeat mistakes that the
numbers alone never show.)_

## Weekly review (30 minutes, same time every week)

1. How many trades this week followed the written plan exactly?
2. What's the one mistake that shows up more than once?
3. Was position sizing consistent with the plan, or did it drift after a
   win or a loss?
4. One specific change for next week — not five, one.
